Every year Medical Ambassadors Philippines Inc. is conducting a medical mission exposure trip that aims to mobilize leaders from medical and non-medical professionals and students. The goal of Operation Samaria (OS) is to immerse volunteers in cross-cultural missions and bless the community through health services, health education, and vacation bible school for children.
This year’s theme was Cross Over with a key verse from John 5:24, “…they have already crossed over from death to life.” Operation Samaria was held in Sitio Mungos, Bgy. Hagan, Bongabong Oriental Mindoro and Sitio Safa, Bgy. Sabang, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. (more…)

Ministering in Mae Sot, Thailand

Last January 16-24, 2018, Medical Ambassadors Philippines, Inc. through the partnership of First Baptist Church of Vallejo USA, as a result of an ocular visit last 2017 to Faith Home in Mae sot, Thailand, held a Primary Health Care and Emergency First Response Training among the workers and missionaries here and their other partner NGOs/individuals. Operation Samaria 2017: Daluyan

After several years of praying, God opened a door for MAP to go beyond its borders and reach out to the southernmost part of Palawan Island. This was also the first time that Operation Samaria reached out to one of the M tribes in the country, the Molbog tribe. They are an M cultural minority, categorized as Folk Islam or Islam with animistic and superstitious beliefs. (more…)
